Operational Standards

Comprehensive Service Agreement

All transportation services are subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and the Uniform Bill of Lading. This includes provisions for cargo securement, driver qualifications, and hours of service compliance. Clients acknowledge and agree to these standards upon dispatch confirmation.

Liability for cargo loss or damage is limited as per standard industry practices and specified in your Bill of Lading. Claims must be filed within nine months of delivery, with all supporting documentation. Detention and demurrage charges apply for delays beyond agreed free time.
